Hi, I’m Francis. I joined KlariFi Bookkeeping and Tax in 2025 as an Office Administrator, bringing with me over 30 years of experience in customer service.
Throughout my career, I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and I’m proud to continue that tradition here at KlariFi—supporting both our clients and our internal team with the same care and dedication.
In my role, I manage a variety of administrative responsibilities that help keep our office running smoothly. From answering client questions to assisting with day-to-day operations, I’m often the first point of contact for clients, and I take great pride in providing a friendly and helpful experience every time.
What I enjoy most is the opportunity to build genuine relationships with our clients and contribute to the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that sets KlariFi apart. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that is committed to making life easier for small business owners, and I’m excited to continue growing with the company.
