Hi, I’m Bradley. I’m a designated CPA, CA, and I lead KlariFi’s acquisition and integration mandates, along with broader growth strategy initiatives.

My focus is on identifying opportunities that align with our long-term vision and executing strategies that allow us to scale while maintaining the exceptional service our clients rely on.

Before joining KlariFi, I was a Partner at RCM Capital, where I led the investment team and advised portfolio companies on strategic growth—particularly through mergers and acquisitions. That experience sharpened my ability to assess business opportunities, drive value creation, and support operational integration across various industries.

I began my professional journey at KPMG, where I developed a solid foundation in accounting and financial advisory. A highlight of that time was spending a year in India managing the Canadian Resource Center for KPMG Canada, which gave me both a global perspective and hands-on leadership experience early in my career.

At KlariFi, I’m excited to apply my background in finance, strategy, and M&A to help build a business that supports Canadian small business owners in meaningful and scalable ways.
