Bookkeeper
(Remote or On-site):
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Tax Specialist
(Remote or On-site):
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file personal and business tax returns.
- Stay updated on Canadian tax laws and CRA regulations.
- Provide tax planning advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in tax preparation and CRA compliance.
- Knowledge of deductions and credits for small businesses.
Payroll Specialist
(Remote or On-site):
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll using Wagepoint.
- Handle employee and contractor payments.
- Prepare and file year-end T4s and T4As.
Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll processing and CRA remittances.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
