Hi, I’m Charles—Founder and CEO of KlariFi Bookkeeping and Tax. I’ve spent my career building solutions that help businesses run smarter, and I launched KlariFi with one clear mission: to simplify bookkeeping and tax through smart technology, automation, and a client-first approach.

Before starting KlariFi, I served as President of eCapital Freight Factoring, one of North America’s largest freight finance operations. I later moved into COO and Chief Product Officer roles at eCapital Corp., where I led the integration of nine acquisitions and helped drive growth by improving digital capabilities and launching new financial products. That experience taught me the power of combining operational efficiency with a deep focus on client service.

At KlariFi, I’m applying those same principles to build a modern, tech-enabled platform that delivers more than just accurate books. We help entrepreneurs make smarter decisions with real-time insights and proactive support—not just compliance, but clarity and control. Our growth through acquisitions like Accutrac, Barrie Bookkeepers, Platinum Bookkeeping and Tax, Biz-Coach, and Xlance Bookkeeping is just the beginning.
